Happy Summer Everyone!

Hey guys! I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far! Mine has definitely been busy, but it hasn't lacked in fun! 

I went on a road trip adventure with my friends, went on a sisterhood retreat with my music fraternity, had my 22nd birthday, worked lots (& even got a promotion!), and had a great 4th of July! 

Classes are gonna start back for the school districts in a few weeks which will give me a couple weeks before college classes start back up to do some last minute shopping without rushes! My cousin is joining me at KSU this semester & I'm super excited to show him around and get him to fall in love with the school like I have. 

I'm also gonna try to post weekly (I know I said that before, serious this time!) so if you have requests of posts you'd like to see, comment below! Tomorrow when I get home from work I'm gonna try to do a What's in my Purse with my Kavu bag I got for my birthday so I'll film the video and make the blog post and hopefully have that up by the weekend! I'll also be doing a What's in my Backpack for back to school and maybe a Back to School haul as well. I'm gonna try to get back into doing monthly favorite videos/posts too so be on the lookout for those as well as a possible OOTW for the first week of classes!

Happy New Year Everyone! :D

Yay! It's 2014! Happy New Year everyone! I am so thankful for everything that's happened this year! I have had a great year! Sorry for all the exclamation marks haha, I'm really excited! 

Here's some highlights that happened this year!
-had a role in my first and last High School Drama production, Anything Goes
-went to Washington D.C with my school's orchestra and chorus
-went to my last prom
-got my fourth 'Chorus' bar for my Chorus letter
-graduated High School with honors
-had an awesome graduation weekend in Atlanta with my online friends, Sam and Bashia
-got my permit (yes, my permit)
-turned 18
-got into Kennesaw State and started college
-got a bid from Omega Phi Alpha
-got a job at Charming Charlie
-became an active sister of Omega Phi Alpha
-finished my first semester of college with straight A's

I am so thankful for all the friends I've met this year and all the fun times I've had with all the people in my life I'm lucky to call my friends and family! I can't wait to see what this year holds for me, and I guarantee you're going to see a lot more posts from me! I'm going to try to be a better blogger this year! That means:

-more posts about life events
-more posts about fashion
-maybe some posts about makeup
-posts about nail polish 
-posts about trends and outfits 

Seeing as I work at Charming Charlie, an accessory store (if you don't know what that is or have never been, you're missing out!), I will definitely try and post more about fashion and trends! I already have a post planned on my Charming Charlie collection I have acquired since I started working! (I have been working since Oct. 30, we opened Nov. 5, I first got paid two weeks later, and I already own 29 things from Charming Charlie (30 tomorrow when I buy some super cute flats!))

GOING TO WASHINGTON DC!

YAY! 

So, our chorus and orchestra teachers put together a trip to Washington DC and we leave Wednesday, April 17th! I am so super excited to be going to DC! I have wanted to go for so long and I finally have the chance! 

We'll be going to the museums, seeing the landmarks, memorials, and statues and will also be visiting Arlington National Cemetery. We'll also be taking a tour of the Archives, a 4 hour city bus tour, and seeing a Pops concert and a performance of Hello Dolly! AND we get to take pictures outside the White House! I'm SOOOOOOO excited! I will probably post a blog about it when I get back and I am going to be recreating my red, white and blue mani for the trip! 

You guys remember that one! 

I cannot wait to go! And I'm going to see how many complements I get on my nails! :D

Update! :)

Hey guys! Life is CRAZY nowadays! I'm in my school's production of the musical, Anything Goes, and we've had rehearsal just about every day since January! The musical is March 7-9th and I am so excited! Also, I am getting my braces off (FINALLY) in a little over a week, March 1st! Lastly, which doesn't really take up too much of my time, but Prom (my last one!) is on March 23rd! 

So, I've been really busy! My nail polish collection has DEFINITELY increased since my last post, and it will continually increase! My mom is getting me new polishes when she gets paid, so I'll put a post up about those when I get them! 

I may also have a post about my experience in the musical, so look out for that as well!
